PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT ON INVESTMENT AND FINANCIAL CO-OPERATION
A Partnership Investment Agreement of this type is a structured business framework involving two or three parties, designed to align capital, strategic objectives, and execution within a single, governed relationship.
Typically, one party provides the investment capital, while another party is responsible for identifying, selecting, and preliminarily structuring suitable projects or investment opportunities on behalf of the investor. Where the complexity, scale, or geopolitical context requires it, Party B may appoint DOC International Partner as an independent international expert to support, supervise, and guide the process for the full duration of the agreement.
These partnerships are generally structured around average investment programmes of approximately £100 million, with individual instalment transactions averaging £5 million. The operational cycle for each transaction is typically 12 months, enabling disciplined deployment, monitoring, and performance evaluation.
DOC International Partner is recognised as a world leader in consulting,
structuring, and management of Partnership Agreements on Investment and Financial Co-operation.
Our scope of activity includes:
-
Strategic and geopolitical assessment
-
Financial, legal, and operational due diligence

-

Thanks to established methodologies, international networks, and direct operational experience, we can complete full due diligence, evaluation, and approval processes within 90 days, including for investment programmes exceeding £100 million.
Our role is not limited to advisory functions: we ensure continuity, control, and alignment among the parties, safeguarding both capital and strategic objectives throughout the life of the contract.

IMPROVING PROCESSES
Improving Processes is a structured discipline focused on systematically identifying, analysing, and optimising business and operational processes to enhance performance, quality, governance, and the user experience.
DOC International Partner approaches process improvement not as a purely technical exercise, but as a strategic and operational transformation tool, aligned with organisational objectives, regulatory environments, and execution constraints. Our interventions are designed to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and control, while ensuring continuity of operations.
Process improvement initiatives may be referred to under different methodologies—such as Business Process Management (BPM), Business Process Improvement (BPI), Business Process Re-engineering, or Continuous Improvement Processes (CIP). Regardless of terminology, the objective remains the same: to reduce inefficiencies, minimise errors and waste, increase productivity, and streamline operations.
Our scope of activity includes:
-
Mapping and analysis of existing processes
-
Identification of inefficiencies, risks, and control gaps
-
Redesign and optimisation of operational workflows
-
Integration of governance, compliance, and performance metrics
-
Implementation support and execution monitoring
These services are particularly relevant for organisations operating in regulated, international, or complex environments, where clarity of processes, reliability, and scalability are critical.
By improving processes, DOC International Partner enables organisations to achieve measurable performance gains, enhanced service quality, and a more effective experience for both internal stakeholders and end users, while laying the foundations for sustainable, long-term operations.
IRREVOCABLE MASTER FEE PROTECTION AGREEMENT (IMFPA)
An Irrevocable Master Fee Protection Agreement (IMFPA) is a legally binding and irrevocable contract entered into by a buyer, a seller, and a mandated intermediary or business broker. The agreement governs the protection, allocation, and payment of professional fees associated with the successful completion of a transaction.
Within this framework, either the buyer or the seller formally commits to remunerating the appointed intermediary through a pre-agreed fee structure, defined as either a fixed amount or a percentage of the transaction value. The fee becomes due and payable exclusively upon the successful closing of the transaction, ensuring complete alignment between performance and remuneration.
DOC International Partner provides full structuring, validation, and execution support for IMFPA agreements, ensuring that:
-
Roles and mandates are clearly defined
-
Fee structures are transparent and enforceable
-
Legal and contractual provisions comply with international standards
-
All parties are protected throughout the transaction lifecycle
Our involvement guarantees that the IMFPA is properly drafted, recognised, and executed, reducing the risk of disputes, delays, or non-payment and safeguarding the interests of intermediaries and principals alike.
By managing the IMFPA within a broader governance, compliance, and transaction oversight framework, DOC International Partner ensures the correct, secure, and flawless execution of this agreement in international and cross-border transactions.
